Lebanese Designer and New Media Artist Reem Ghaddar currently explores interspecies communication and symbiotic relationships through her art. Ghaddar’s exploration offers perspectives on reality often explored through installations composed of imagery and video. In her artistic expression, the fusion of immateriality and temporality emerges as a central motif, inviting audiences to engage with immersive experiences.

With a background in Graphic Design, Ghaddar worked as an Associate Design Director and Art Director in advertising for five years. However, she decided to expand her practice by pursuing her passion for sensory and interactive experiences at the Paris College of Art, where she earned her Master’s Degree in New Media (2024). Notably, her series "The Endotic" (2023) laid the foundation for her artistic vision and trajectory.

Ghaddar’s interdisciplinary practice integrates art, science, and technology to unveil the intricate hidden connections embedded within natural environments through multimedia installations. Her art blurs the boundaries between reality and imagination by bridging simulated visual worlds with natural sensory experiences. It prompts viewers to reassess their perceptions and foster a deeper understanding of our socio-cultural ties with the natural world. As a catalyst for introspection, Ghaddar’s art engages in a discussion about our relationship with all other living beings.
